Antique Old UK Mohair Bear Antique Old UK Mohair Bear In Search Of A New Home Newly Acquired For Our Store From A Private Collection Comes This Very Old And Well Loved Old English Bear We Believe She Is From The 1920s She Is Still In Good Shape But Through The Years She Has Lost A Lot Of Her Mohair She Has Approx 50% of Her Gold Mohair Fur Intact She Has Hand stitched Eyes And Nose And Mouth Her Nose Has Lost Some Stitching During Time The Filling In Her Left Hand Is Not As Sturdy Her Paw Pads Are Damaged Through The Years But Have Been Carefully Restitched By Its Original Owner At A Bear Factory The Owner Who Is Now Over 90 Years Old Got This Bear When She Was A Child She lived her whole life in the United Kingdom UK It could be early Chad Valley or Chiltern bear We are not positive of her manufacturer, therefore we are selling her as an Antique Uk Bear She measures approx 44 cm / 17.25 inch tall approx 33 cm / 13 inch sitting This bear is more then 50 years old It is common practice to define "antique", as applying to objects at least 50 years old.
